6. Payments & Fees

Where applicable:

Fees are outlined in proposals, invoices, or service agreements
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Late payments may result in service suspension

Refunds are governed by the applicable service agreement or refund policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platforms may integrate with third-party services (e.g. payment processors, APIs, cloud providers).

We are not responsible for:

Third-party service availability, performance, or data handling
Losses caused by third-party systems outside our control

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information shared during the course of engagement.

This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

For breach of these Terms
For security, legal, or operational reasons
At our discretion with reasonable notice where possible

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms
